Led the ASTANA Motorsports team as team manager for over 5 years in the Dakar Rally, as well as multiple world cup stages with team’s drivers finishing amongst the TOP-15 in general standings.
3-time record breaker of the best Dakar Rally result by the driver from the Baltic States in the car category (2009, 2017, 2018). In 2018, A. Juknevicius, navigated by co-pilot Darius Vaiciulis finished 12th in the general standings. 2020 Dakar Rally edition will be the 11th time at the event for Antanas Juknevicius representing KREDA Dakar Rally Team.
In 2017, the duo reached finish line in 21st place. From 2009 to 2015 record also belonged to A. Juknevicius – he then finished 25th.

Darius Vaiciulis is a 2-time record breaker of the best Dakar Rally result by the driver from the Baltic States in the car category (2017, 2018).
In 2017, the crew took 21st place in the overall standings, while in 2018 they finished in 12th place. Together with Antanas Juknevicius, Darius Vaiciulis also triumphed in Libya Desert Challenge 2018, where they finished 1st in the general classification. Dakar Rally 2020 will be the 4th edition for Darius Vaiciulis representing KREDA Dakar Rally Team.
Orienteering professional, extreme sports enthusiast, mountaineer, champion of multiple Lithuanian and international orienteering competitions, former member of Lithuanian national orienteering team.
Darius is one of the few individuals to have climbed highest peaks in Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Africa and Antarctica.
